Befriending Your Body Through Yoga Online


During our busy distracted days we might struggle to connect with ourselves. Many yoga classes focus on external forms or how the forms look on the outside, during this gentle hatha yoga series your welcome to focus on how yoga forms feel internally and you will have an opportunity to make choices based on what you notice in your own body. Through movement, breath, stretching, and resting you will be invited to reconnect with your body and your true self in the present moment. 

Keri will facilitate each session live.

To have a better online experience, you may choose to use a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and a blanket. Your also welcome to use a chair if your unable or uncomfortable sitting on the floor or if you would like to use one to help with balance.
