Mindful Slow Flow Live Online Series


The body knows how to exist only in the present moment - this practice focuses on the art of staying present while moving slowly and flowing though yoga asanas. Students can gain stregnth, flexibility, and balance while mindfully embodied and making choices based on what they feel in thier own body. This practice is suitable for all levels and is trauma informed. 

Online Class 5:00pm - 6pm  PST 

6 Week Series Jan 10 - Feb 12 Every Wed 

Keri will be facilitating live for every class. 

For the best online experience, you may choose to have a yoga mat, blanket, 2 blocks and a strong internet connection.
