4 week Series, Starting May 29-June 19 10am PST

We can practice embodiment through movement and breath as a remedy for stress and anxiousness. When we make space to bring our focus on noticing sensations within we open the door to a present moment experience...not thinking about the past or worrying about the future. Learning to live here and now in this new normal can help revive our spirits and bring us out of our heads and back to ourselves. Breathing practices will be also be taught (always optional). This hatha flow series creates time and space to explore the connection between your mind and body.
