We can practice embodiment through movement and breath as a remedy for stress and anxiety. When we make space to bring our focus on noticin sensation within we open the door to a present moment experience ... not thinking about the past or worrying about the future. Learning to live here and now in this new normal can help revive our spirits and bring us out of our heads and back to ourselves. Breathing practices will also be taught (Always optional).
