Trauma Sensitive Movement Series


Wednesday's 5:15pm PST Oct 21 - Nov 18

 This movement series incorporates movement, stretching, strengthening, and core exercises as a body based healing practice for PTSD or trauma. During our session, we will focus on embodiment though noticing a felt sense while in forms along with making choices based on what we feel. We can also take some time to build strength, create rhythms and utilize breath practices. Any time though out the session participants are welcome to move in and out of forms at any time for any reason. We strive to make this series accessible to everyone regardless of physical ability. * mixed gender session
