During our busy, distracted days we might struggle to connect with ourselves. Many yoga classes focus on external forms or how the form looks on the outside, during this gentle hatha yoga series your welcome to focus on how yoga forms feel internally and you will have an opportunity to make choices based on what you notice in your own body. Through movement, breath, stretching, and resting you will be invited to reconnect with your body and your true self in the present moment. 

The facilitator will be online live with you in every session.

Reclaiming Your Body Through Movement 
A Series for Women

Tula Movement Arts, Bend OR

Through empowerment and movement you will have the opportunity to explore a felt sense of your body, practice making choices, and practice taking effective action  We will experiment with moving, breathing, strengthening, stretching, and resting. You will be invited to explore sensations in your body at your own pace and participants are encouraged to chose their level of participation moment to moment. This series is set up so that students are in control over what they are doing with their body at all times and the teacher is there to provide safe, professional guidance and to help students focus on particular dynamics (what muscles they are using, what if feels like to have their feet on the ground, wha if feels like o breathe, etc). There are NO hands on assists. This 3 class gentle Hatha yoga series is specifically for women who struggle with ongoing stress or have experienced trauma / PTSD.

Please note once the series starts it will close and no new participants will admitted to the series.

TCTSY Adult, Adolescent or Preteen Private Sessions 

Facilitated by Keri Sawyer, RYT 500 TCTSY T

TCTSY Privates are one on one sessions for adults, adolescents or pre-teens struggling with Complex/developmental trauma and/or PTSD. Our private sessions offer  clients a safe environment to start to explore a felt sense of their body through noticing muscluar dynamics, practice making choices, having opportunities to practice taking effective action, and creating rhythms. During private sessions we can experiment with moving, breathing, strengthening, stretching, and resting. With certified professional guidance, we offer a safe and predicable environment with NO hands on assists.
