The Body knows how to exist only in the present moment - This practice focuses on the art of staying present while moving slowly and energizing your body. Participants can gain strength, flexibility, stability and balance along with a greater understanding of alignment, yoga asanas and embodiment while moving. Suitable for all levels, from those who want to add more mindfulness to their practice, to those who want to sweat and to those who want to learn something new.
