November 21 - 8am to 12pm PT

Self-care is not another item on a to-do list—it’s a living, ongoing conversation between our bodies, hearts, and lives. In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll explore what it means to care for ourselves in sustainable, embodied ways—especially for those who hold space for others in their personal or professional lives.

This gathering offers a compassionate space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly sustains us. Through a blend of discussion, mindful movement, and body-based reflection, we’ll explore the deeper layers of self-care—beyond routines or productivity—and reimagine it as a relational, responsive practice rooted in awareness and presence.

Together we will explore:

  • How self-care shifts across seasons of life and work
  • The body as a guide and mirror for balance
  • Letting go of guilt and perfectionism around rest and care
  • How empathy and boundaries can coexist
  • Reconnecting with values that support authentic, sustainable giving

What to Expect:

  • A grounding trauma-sensitive yoga and movement practice (gentle, choice-based, accessible for all bodies)
  • Guided self-reflection and journaling prompts
  • Small group sharing or quiet contemplation (your choice)
  • Practical tools for integrating body-based presence into daily life

This workshop is open to practitioners, recovery coaches, clinicians, yoga teachers, and anyone longing to return to balance, compassion, and embodied presence—especially as we move through demanding seasons of care and change.

No prior yoga experience is needed; all movement is optional and invitational.

💫 Come as you are—tired, curious, reflective, or ready to rest.

Together we’ll explore how self-care becomes less about what we do and more about how we listen.
