Series of 4 sessions, 2 hours long online via zoom

Each session includes 45 min of gentle hatha trauma informed yoga and the second hour focuses on specific information around burnout along with how to navigate secondary trauma and care for yourself so that you can live a full life while helping others.

  • Explore your inner landscape through gentle hatha yoga
  • Understand and identify burnout and secondary trauma along with how it affects your life
  • Learn how to care for yourself while helping others
  • Experience different tools that can be self regulatory
