is an evidence based adjunctive treatment for Complex Trauma and/or PTSD that creates an opportunity to feel body sensations (interoception) within the context of a safe relationship. TCTSY can help build more robust interoceptive pathways in order to be able to experience our body as a reasonably predictable and possibly safe place so that we can participate in healthy relationships with self and others. TCTSY is based in empowerment and provides a safe environment to have a present moment experience through noticing our body along with practicing making choices, taking effective action and creating rhythms.
