Trauma Sensitive Yoga for Women - Thursday's


Embodied Healing  is a gentle hatha yoga practice for women who have suffer from on going stress, Trauma or PTSD. The series consists of gentle movements, simple forms and breath awareness. Though out the sessions, participants will have an opportunity to explore moving, breathing, strengthening, stretching, and resting. Participants will have an opportunity to notice sensations in their body and make choices based on what they feel. This series is set up so that participants are in control over what they are doing with their body at all times and the facilitator is there to provide safe, professional guidance. Everything in the class is optional and it is beginner friendly. We strive to make the series accessible to everyone regardless of physical ability. There are NO hands on assists.

Special pricing as we practice social distancing - 30$ for 4 classes
