Embodied Awareness is a four-part Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) series designed to help you reconnect with yourself through the simple practice of noticing. Rather than striving, fixing, or becoming someone different, this series invites you to explore what it is like to be present with your experience, one moment at a time.

Through gentle, invitational practices, you'll have opportunities to deepen your relationship with your body, cultivate greater self-awareness, and discover the wisdom that can emerge when we slow down enough to listen.

This self-paced series explores four themes:

Whether you are new to trauma-sensitive yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Embodied Awareness offers a compassionate space to explore connection, choice, and self-discovery at your own pace.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. All practices are offered through the principles of Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), emphasizing choice, curiosity, and the understanding that you are the expert on your own experience.
