Rooted in Recovery
Building Stability Below the Surface so You Can Grow With Confidence

Recovery is not linear—it’s a journey with many stages, shifts, and seasons. Our Addiction & Recovery Coaching and group yoga classes blend recovery principles with trauma-sensitive yoga, creating a supportive space that meets you right where you are. Just like roots anchor a tree, recovery begins with creating stability below the surface so you can grow upward with strength and steadiness.

Early Recovery. The first steps can feel tender and uncertain. Together, we’ll explore simple practices, routines, and supportive tools that help you establish strong roots—building a foundation for healing that feels steady and sustainable.

Long-Term Recovery. Over time, recovery may bring new challenges, questions, and opportunities for growth. These sessions offer continued support through body-based practices and reflective coaching, helping you branch outward, deepen your self-connection, and move through life with more confidence and clarity.

Recovery is about more than getting through each day—it’s about finding your way back to yourself. For many of us, addiction pulled us away. We learned to disconnect, to numb, or to live outside of our own bodies because it felt safer that way. And even in recovery, you may still notice restlessness, unease, or a sense that your body is hard to be with.

That’s why we turn to the Pathways Back to Self. These are gentle invitations—different ways to return to yourself and discover safety, connection, and eventually trust in your body:

Noticing  –  the first gentle awareness: “I am here. I have a body.”

Meeting  –  becoming curious about your body and exploring small moments of safety.

Connecting  –  beginning to make choices guided by the felt sense of your body.

Rooting  –  discovering your body as an anchor—steady enough to hold you and flexible enough to move with life’s                               changes.

These pathways are reminders: you don’t have to rush, you don’t have to be perfect, and you don’t have to do it alone. Bit by bit, you can return to yourself—finding more centeredness, balance, and wholeness along the way.

Support at every stage of recovery is not about fixing what’s “wrong”—it’s about remembering that growth is possible when your foundation feels steady. Here, you are welcomed with compassion, invited to move at your own pace, and encouraged to discover the practices that help you stay rooted as you grow.

And just as trees grow stronger together in a forest, practicing alongside others can help you feel supported and less alone in your journey. These classes become a place to grow centered, balanced, and resilient—rediscovering hope one breath and one movement at a time.
