Modern life keeps our systems in a constant state of doing, scanning, and pushing through. This workshop offers a gentle, accessible way to notice how stress shows up in the body—and to practice settling without forcing relaxation.
Rather than trying to "calm down" or fix anything, we'll explore simple movements, pauses, and orienting practices that support balance, choice, and self-awareness. You'll be invited to move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and listen for the signals that your system has had enough.
This workshop will include:
Understand how stress lives in the body
Short, accessible movements with options throughout
Practices for orienting, resourcing, and resting—without pressure to relax
Learning to recognize early signals of overwhelm and when to pause
This experience is designed for real life. Many people leave feeling more settled, spacious, and better able to respond to stress rather than push through it.
No prior yoga experience is needed. All bodies and nervous systems are welcome.
