Dec 20th - 9am - 12pm PT / 11am - 2pm CT / 12pm -3pm ET

3-hour workshop invites practitioners to explore the art and science of nervous system balance—not as a fixed state, but as a living rhythm that supports presence, connection, and sustainable care.

Designed for clinicians, yoga teachers, recovery coaches, and trauma-informed professionals, or those on their own healing journey, this session blends education, embodiment, and reflection to deepen understanding of how nervous system awareness and balance can support both personal and professional resilience.

What We’ll Explore:

  • The foundations of nervous system balance through a trauma-informed lens
  • How stress, trauma, and chronic activation shape the body’s responses
  • Body-based tools and language that invite balance and safety
  • Ways to integrate nervous system balance into sessions, classes, and client work

The workshop includes a 45-minute trauma-sensitive yoga practice, offering an embodied experience of grounding, balance, and interoceptive awareness. All movement is invitational, accessible, and guided through the lens of choice and care.

We’ll close with a community reflection, inviting dialogue around integration, sustainability, and how to bring these concepts to the participants and clients you support.

Whether you’re seeking to expand your professional toolkit or reconnect with your own steadiness, this workshop offers both practical knowledge and embodied experience to help you cultivate balance—for yourself and those you serve.

💫 Come as you are—curious, compassionate, and ready to explore balance as a shared, living practice.
