Reclaim Embodiment is a four-week experiential series for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body in ways that feel supportive and guided from within. Through movement, you’ll practice listening to your felt sense and choosing what works for you moment by moment. Each session includes a trauma-sensitive yoga practice to support nervous system balance. You’ll also receive a weekly somatic prompt to explore between sessions.
No previous yoga experience is needed. You’re welcome to participate in the ways that feel right for you, including pausing or adapting at any time.
